UK deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or UPS.

UPS Courier Service

Royal Mail Next

Weekday Delivery

£15 (Royal Mail Special Delivery 'guaranteed'. Order by 2pm Monday-Thursday to receive your order the next working day by 1pm. Requires signature on receipt - Excludes Bank Holidays).

Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday. If ordering on a Friday, it may be quicker to use Express Tracked Delivery rather than Next Weekday Delivery.

Collect In Store

If you live in the local area or fancy a trip to Partridge Green, you can now pick up your order directly from our shop. Simply select 'Collect In Store' as the shipping option during checkout.

European Delivery

We now ship to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Ireland via our dedicated EU website. For orders to these countries, please visit our EU site for seamless service and pricing inclusive of local duties and taxes.

For Andorra, Gibraltar, Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, orders are processed on our UK website, with a delivery cost of £15. Orders are usually delivered within 6-8 working days.

We are actively working to expand the range of EU countries served by our EU website and look forward to offering this service to more destinations soon.

International Delivery

Deliveries to international destinations outside Europe will be made by Royal Mail, DPD, or FedEx at our discretion.

Please note that additional taxes and duties levied on imports may be payable upon receipt unless a duty prepaid service has been selected. Customers outside the UK are also responsible for the cost of postage when making a return (see our International Returns).
