Friendly and helpful staff but .. Trousers (pleated chino in terra cotta) were lovely colour and felt good - except I have an awkward size 37 waist. Ordered 38 inch, but it was a bit generous and felt like a sack on me. So exchanged it for a 36. Sadly the acrtual waist wasn't 36, but 35 (or less) and so for me was for too tight. So, with huge disappointment, I've had to return them for a refund.
